Kallpa Warmi was born in order to help young mothers who do not have opportunities to develop and achieve their personal and/or professional goals; this, due to a lack of gender equity, women are assigned additional responsibilities without any help that do not allow their development. Kallpa Warmi is a business model in which young mothers who live in Lima are the main talent; they will be provided with training in textile processes, additionally, they will have psychological support so that they become empowered women in favor of their growth, they will also have support in the care of their children. Kallpa Warmi is a business solution that seeks to ensure that clothing sales enterprises in Peru have their products on the date they planned for the launch of their campaigns, due to the fact that it was found that the main defect in this sector is the non-compliance in the delivery of the orders. Kallpa Warmi provides a web platform, which allows the entrepreneur to reserve in advance the manufacture of their knitted garments, making Kallpa Warmi their strategic partner to achieve their goals. This business solution is socially sustainable because it will have an impact on SDGs 4 and 8 by providing technical education to young mothers and financial independence by providing them with a secure job, with the benefits of the law, and childcare and psychological support. Regarding the environmental sector, this solution includes and promotes the recycling of its waste so as not to generate a negative impact. Finally, it is economically sustainable since a NPV of S/ 1,156,342.00 soles and an IRR of 41.2% in 5 years is achieved.
