Currently, anxiety has become a disorder that affects thousands of people worldwide, identifying it as a relevant social problem. Given this, we propose the creation of a friendly and accessible mobile application to cover psychological care, using technology to enhance accessibility and immediate care. The platform will be called “IHelpU!” and will allow our user to connect with various profiles of mental health professionals in a safe, fast, and private way, taking sessions and therapies completely online and accessing personalized content that allows them to progress in treatment. The solution of the problem has been validated through surveys that show the positive result of our three hypotheses. In the first hypothesis, 60.8% of the respondents prefer virtual attention to face-to-face care, in the second hypothesis, 75% of clients would be willing to pay S/ 70 soles for an online psychological consultation, and in the third hypothesis, 77.76 % of those surveyed consider that the information contained in the app is relevant. The effectiveness of the marketing plan was demonstrated, obtaining a relationship between the VTVC and CAC for the proposed scenarios of 4.60 which means that the marketing plan will produce more income than losses during the 5 years of operation, generating value for the project. To conclude, “IHelpU!” is a sustainable and scalable business model aligned with SDG 3, with a social relevance index of 8.61 times the value of VANF, generating a NPV of S/1,038,495 and an IRR of 541.18%, an initial investment of S/ 30,000 to be recovered in the first year of operation.
