In recent years, many families have experienced changes in their composition, which has given rise to a multispecies families trend (González Marino, 2019), who show special attention and care for their pets, this has given rise to various basic needs such as that of recreation and socialization. As a consequence, the humanization of pets makes it necessary to define the current proposals within the pet and companion animal market. Therefore, we propose the creation of a Pet Park, a pet friendly park, located in Pachacamac, which will have the most demanded services by pet lovers in one place. In addition, it will have various exclusive areas for dogs such as: swimming pools, dune areas and bungalows. The infrastructure is designed so that the dog lovers and their dogs meet their basic needs and share unique moments as part of their recreation and socialization activities. This innovative proposal was validated after conducting surveys, interviews and usability tests aimed at the target audience. It is also supported by a marketing plan; a park template and operations plan that support its feasibility. Regarding financial viability, the investment will be recovered in the second year. Likewise, many of the inputs used in the construction of the flows were obtained from surveys and quotes made to suppliers, obtaining a favorable result since a NPV of S/ 2,003,568 and an IRR of 36.3% were achieved, considering a horizon analysis of 5 years. Finally, it was concluded that Pet Park is a sustainable and scalable business model that responds directly to SDGs 3 and 11, with a social relevance index of 40%, which generates a VANS of S/ 4,039,534. In conclusion, the team recommends the implementation of the proposal since it can achieve great acceptance in the local market and later cover the national and international market through the creation of branches or franchises.
