recomendaciones.
The construction sector is very important for the economy in Peru and in the world, since it constitutes a dynamic agent and generator of thousands of jobs and manages to improve competitiveness indicators. On the other hand, this sector is one of the largest doers in the exploitation of natural resources, half of which are non-renewable. In this context, JERGO SAC, a peruvian family business, develops its operations dedicated to providing infrastructure engineering, consulting and construction services and has the vision of being considered in 2028, as the most solid engineering and construction company to the south area in Peru. JERGO SAC is recognized for the quality it presents in its works, as well as for developing an eco-friendly management and for providing its staff with a good working environment. Like many companies belonging to this sector, JERGO SAC must meet great challenges, such as the frequent reduction of profit margins due to cost overruns in production processes. This research promotes the use of methodological tools such as Constraint Analysis, Flowchart and Ishikawa Diagram to improve productivity with the aim of implementing the Lean Construction philosophy to the entire production process. Lean Construction focuses on production management and seeks the reduction or elimination of those activities that do not add value to the project. Business Consulting consists of nine chapters; the first described the general situation of the company, business model, vision, mission and values, as well as the objectives. The second dealt with the analysis of the context at internal and external levels; the third defined the central problem and in the fourth and fifth a review of the literature and the analysis of causes was made, respectively. Chapter six outlined the solution alternatives, while chapters seven and eight described the implementation plan and the expected results; finally, in the ninth chapter the conclusions and recommendations were presented.
