The viability is divided into: Policy: The National Police commando represented by the PNP General Commander has evidenced a clear willingness to support the police personnel and their well-being, of Capacity: The competences assigned to the PNP General Commander in attention to its competence and powers provided for in Legislative Decree No. 1267 of the PNP, its regulations and amendments allow it to issue the proposed directive and implement said innovation. Economic: The implementation of the health system subject to co-payment will be met by the voluntary deductible contribution of the police personnel that affiliate the beneficiaries mentioned in article 26 of Supreme Decree No. 002-2015-IN and Regulations: Proposal, through the Directive proposal, is provided for in article 26 of Supreme Decree No. 002-2015-IN.
