Abstract: Zitron Perú es una empresa comercial que incurre en el rubro de venta de ventiladores
industriales para la minería. La adquisición de repuestos específicos para ventiladores
ZITRON utilizados en la minería es complicada en el mercado peruano debido a las
relaciones comerciales entre las empresas del rubro y la falta de proveedores de repuestos
autorizados. Dilatación de los plazos de entrega y procesos logísticos puede impactar
directamente en la productividad y rentabilidad de las empresas mineras, lo cual puede ser
solucionado buscando proveedores confiables y eficientes.
Luego de haber identificado los escenarios que genera los principales problemas de
ZITRON PERU SAC, se puede determinar el problema principal en la dilatación de los
plazos de entrega y procesos logísticos de los ventiladores Zitron. Se encontraron seis
alternativas de solución, la alternativa con mayor puntuación es “Establecer alianzas
estratégicas con proveedores locales para la fabricación de repuestos de ventiladores Zitron
en el país“ con un total de 15 puntos, seguida por “Desarrollar una estrategia de marketing y
publicidad para promocionar los repuestos Zitron en el país, lo que podría aumentar la
demanda, por ende, la disponibilidad de estos“ con 13 puntos.
El plan de implementación abarca un período de 19 semanas y se enfoca en elevar los
niveles de ingresos y minimizar los riesgos de retrasos en entrega de ventiladores. Cuenta con
medidas de evaluación, control y seguimiento por parte de la gerencia general en Chile, y
requiere una inversión inicial de S/220,500 Soles. La implementación del proyecto tendrá un
impacto positivo en las utilidades de la empresa, como se refleja en el análisis financiero del
valor neto actual (VAN) S/ 793,774.28 Soles y la tasa interna de retorno (TIR) 96% positivas.
Esto indica que el flujo de ingresos menos egresos futuros supera la inversión inicial y que la
estrategia es viable económicamente. Además, la empresa no necesitará financiamiento
externo para llevar a cabo la inversión, ya que puede ser cubierta por recursos propios.
