The present work is a business consulting report conducted for Emerlife; a company dedicated to providing services in the healthcare sector. In order to understand the company's context, its SWOT analysis was analyzed, as well as Porter's five forces, which provide a more specific insight into the company. This allowed the consulting team to identify and analyze the problems affecting the organization. Using various tools and through meetings with the Emerlife teams, it was detected that the main problem affecting the company was the request in the billing process, which was carried out entirely manually. This is because the consultant team uses literature such as scientific articles, scientific reviews, books and books to address the problem through automating the billing process using software that also applies robotic process automation (RPA) and Optical Character Recognition (OCR). tool that allows the organic person to proceed with the documentation in a short time. In conclusion, the implementation of this proposed solution to the central problem of the organization is feasible and allows streamlining the billing process, which will be reflected in the timely payment of the services provided, thus ensuring the company's liquidity. A payback of two years is expected, in addition to obtaining a NPV (Net Present Value) of more than two hundred thousand soles and a higher sales level of up to 13% with respect to the year 2022, which amounts to S/ 510,708.14, thus improving the company's cash flow and profitability by 6%. On the other hand, operating efficiency in the first year increases the gross margin from 0.51 to 0.60.
