It is noteworthy that these improvements are easily implementable and cost-effective. The growing competitiveness in the mining market drives our analysis and objectives. By surpassing customer expectations, MDH-PD S.A.C. will gain a competitive advantage, thereby enhancing its short-term profitability and positioning. With its solid reputation in the mining sector, the company will benefit from this project in terms of growth and expansion. A diagnostic on customer satisfaction regarding our post-sales services has enabled us to identify the critical processes that need to be addressed in the action plan. The cost-benefit analysis reveals that the project has a payback period of 10 months, generating a positive Net Present Value (NPV) from the fourth month of implementation. Therefore, it can be concluded that this project is profitable and will contribute to increasing customer satisfaction, thereby fulfilling its primary objective.
