El balanced scorecard y la planificación estratégica en una universidad privada de Lima-2021

Abstract

El presente trabajo de investigación tuvo como objetivo determinar la relación que existe entre el Balanced Scorecard y la Planificación Estratégica en una universidad privada de Lima-2021. La perspectiva metodológico fue cuantitativo, el método hipotético deductivo, el diseño de Investigación fue correlacional y de forma trasversal, las dimensiones del Balanced Scorecard fueron las perspectivas Financieros, Clientes, Procesos comerciales internos, Aprendizaje y Crecimiento, así como de la Planificación Estratégica: Visión, Misión, Valores y los objetivos estratégicos, la validación de los instrumentos se realizó mediante un juicio de expertos, y la confiabilidad por el coeficiente de Alfa de Cronbach, la población fue de 39 estudiantes siendo la muestra censal, el recojo de la información se realizó utilizando la técnica de la encuesta virtual mediante el instrumento del cuestionario, para la recopilación de datos se utilizó el Google Form y los resultados descriptivos e inferenciales con el programa de Microsoft Excel y SPSS versión 25.

The objective of this research work was to determine the relationship between the Balanced Scorecard and Strategic Planning in a private university in Lima-2021. The methodological approach was quantitative, the hypothetical deductive method, the Research design was correlational and transversal, the dimensions of the Balanced Scorecard were the Financial perspectives, Clients, Internal business processes, Learning and Growth, and Strategic Planning: Vision, Mission, Values and strategic objectives, the validation of the instruments was carried out through an expert judgment, and the reliability by the Cronbach's Alpha coefficient, the population was 39 students being the census sample, the information was collected Using the virtual survey technique through the questionnaire instrument, the Google Form and the descriptive and inferential results with the Microsoft Excel program were used for data collection and SPSS version 25.
