Currently in Peru, the waste that comes from plastic reaches the alarming figure of 30 Kg per capita, which let us to analyze this high consumption, realizing that there are currently not many alternatives to plastic on the market. We decided to start covering in Lima market as the first option, realizing that these people consume a lot of plastic and after conducting 50 interviews, we detected that the User Profile requested real options in the market and through the 2-dimensional Canvas we detected options for bags, plastic bottles, plastic utensils, etc., after creating the Value Proposition Canvas, our choice was to package natural water and water with different flavors in aluminum cans. Several desirability hypotheses were formulated and more than 700 surveys and focus groups were conducted to validate them. The result was that 58% would be willing to change their consumption habits and replace plastic bottles with aluminum containers (cans). To validate the feasibility, the Marketing plan was carried out and the operations plan concluded that it was possible to carry out the project, specifically, the Marketing validation of the VTVC/CAC ratio had an efficiency of 81.58%, which exceeded 50 % of the hypothesis, which means that it will be successful. The project will have an investment of S/.298,000.00, which will be invested 33.56% by the partners and 66.44% by loans from third parties. The 5-year NPV is S/. 4,195,364.68 discounted at 10.261% (WACC), additionally has an IRR of 137.06% The social NPV is S/. 7 300 698.40 in 5 years After having reviewed all the previous points, we can conclude that Magic Water is a socially relevant, viable project that satisfies the need to look for eco-friendly options to reduce plastic consumption and protect the environment.
