The problem of plastic produced in the world is becoming more critical, since it is a material that does not degrade easily and, on the contrary, it takes up to several centuries to deteriorate. There is, therefore, a growing concern of governments and the general population in caring for the environment, however, many do not know how they can contribute to improving it. This thesis aims to demonstrate that we can give a second use to plastic that, initially, would be destined for the ocean, authorized dumps and informal dumps, and thus prevent contamination or accumulation of waste from continuing to increase. The use of this plastic is proposed in products that are currently made of wood, which will reduce the felling of trees in our Amazon. This is demonstrated by the Social VAN that reaches US$ 3,223,052.08. Ecoplas has these two incentives: reduce the felling of trees and reduce the accumulation of plastic, thus reducing pollution in the environment, which has been consistently aligned with the objectives of ODS 11, 12 and 15, contributing to improve waste management, responsible use of resources and actively promote the reduction of deforestation. Finally, it is demonstrated through the financial sustainability analysis that the project is perfectly viable, since an IRR of 215% and a NPV of US$ 1,658,996 is obtained at the end of the fifth year of Ecocicloplast management.
