This is where the opportunity for advertising agencies to offer their services to meet these needs and begin to win as many customers as possible is born. The person in charge of carrying out this work is the account executive, who through his correct management, can make the client portfolio of his agency grow. What is sought to be analyzed with this research is the way in which these strategies are used by account executives, but, especially, how they are interpreted by marketing experts, who are the professionals who represent the brand. with whom you want to work. The main objective of this professional sufficiency work is to determine if there is a significant relationship between customer acquisition and the strategies of account executives in advertising agencies. With this, it seeks to take a first step towards understanding how these types of procedures on customer acquisition are used and, at the same time, have a reference for communicators who wish to form their own advertising agency. The conclusion of this work is that there is a significant relationship between the strategies that account executives consider and the acquisition of new accounts for the advertising agency in which they work.
