The main objective of this research project is to offer an alternative solution to mitigate the relevant social problem related to the health of the world population that consumes fruits and vegetables with high levels of chemical residues for commercialization, which is caused by excessive use. of conventional fungicides in agriculture. This project is aligned with SDG 3 Health and well-being, and SDG 12 Responsible production and consumption. An ecological solution based on ozonized vegetable oil is proposed, called Ozonoil Plus, which effectively eliminates plant diseases caused by fungi, bacteria and viruses that attack crops around the world and additionally some pests such as mites, queresas, etc. The active ingredient of the product is “ozone” which has great oxidizing power, which makes it a strong microbial agent, whose degradation leaves zero residuality in fruits and vegetables for human consumption and export (De Alencar et al., 2011). Field tests were carried out through applications of Ozonoil Plus in olive, avocado and mandarin crops of the main agro-export companies in Ica and Arequipa such as Nobex, SunFruits and San Miguel, which demonstrated its desirability. It is a B2B business model and income is generated by the sales of ozonated oil in 20 and 200 liter presentations, with its own production and national reach from the first year. In conclusion, it was determined that the business model is desirable, feasible, with the potential to scale globally and replace many traditional fungicides. Likewise, the viability was demonstrated by the figures presented: NPV of +US$ 1,100,917 and IRR of 240% for an investment of US$ 128,131.
