Did you know that, on average, Lima households require from 2 to 5 services per year and that despite being a daily need and in high demand, finding a reliable provider entails a high level of stress for users? The objective of this thesis is to show the market analysis, the strategies that we will apply to our business model and the viability of the project. In general, when there are home repair or maintenance problems, the main uncertainty is not knowing where to go to find a provider who can solve the problem as soon as possible. This problem has not been treated with due importance and they have not offered an adequate solution. On the other hand, there are providers with an outstanding technical profile that need to provide their services through reliable channels of massive access. Consequently, we identified the lack of an environment where providers can be efficiently integrated with users. Given this, the creation of a centralized service platform is proposed, in which the client can search and find a qualified and reliable technician or specialist in real time, who will help them solve the repair or maintenance of their home. Our proposal is aligned with SDGs 1 and 8 as it directly impacts the economic well-being of employees by offering decent work and an opportunity for growth. Finally, the financial sustainability analysis shows that the project is perfectly viable since at the end of the fifth year of management a Net Present Value of S / 743 025.0 soles and an Internal Rate of Return of 34.8%.
