The present research work is developed in an industrial environment, recognizing that mental health plays an essential role in the performance of operators to achieve the company's objectives. The main objective is to raise awareness among operating personnel by 30% within one year about the need to cultivate a culture of mental health through the implementation of communication strategies that reinforce workers' emotional well-being. To achieve the main objective, an internal communication campaign was implemented to promote healthy practices in the workplace through the program ‘SANAMENTE’. The methodology employed tools to better diagnose the target profile. Focus groups were conducted to uncover significant insights, understand needs, and identify relevant perceptions. Based on the research results, the Big Idea was developed, which triggered the creative concept of the campaign. Storytelling was used to raise awareness about mental health through shared experiences. The dissemination occurred on social networks through graphic and audiovisual pieces. After the campaign, ‘SANAMENTE’ became an important reference in mental health. Its effectiveness was evaluated with a test. The project's contribution, in terms of advertising concepts, was significant, as innovative analysis tools were used in the industrial sector. A novel narrative was constructed that generated interest and commitment from the collaborators toward the mental health program.
