Modelo It Governance para el Instituto de Desarrollo Regional César Vallejo

Abstract

El presente trabajo de investigación ha sido desarrollado en el Instituto de Desarrollo Regional César Vallejo el cual tiene una estrecha relación con el uso de Tecnologías de Información, siendo este el soporte de los servicios ofrecidos para el funcionamiento del tema de negocio de la organización que son las Microfinanzas.

Para la puesta en marcha de este modelo se ha utilizado el marco de referencia COBIT V4.1, la hoja de ruta desarrollada por la Information Systems Audit and Control Association (ISACA) y el IT Governance Institute (ITGI); el cual incorpora como principal trabajo el enfoque en la gestión del cambio cultural que irá paralelo al resto del proceso de implantación, sirviendo al mismo tiempo como catalizador para la generación del modelo IT Governance.

Con este trabajo de investigación se pretendió desarrollar conciencia sobre el trabajo que vienen realizando las organizaciones, la alta dirección y agentes interesados, de modo que al contar con un modelo adecuado, permita a la empresa gestionar las TI y alcanzar sus objetivos estratégicos.

This research has been developed in the Institute of Regional Development “César Vallejo”, which has a close connection with the use of Information Technologies, and is the support of the services offered for the operation of the organization’s business topic which is microfinance.

To set out this model, COBIT V4.1 has been used as frame of reference. Furthermore, the route file developed by the Information Systems Audit and Control Association (ISACA), and IT Governance Institute (ITGI); which incorporate as a main work the approach in the step of the cultural change that will go parallel to the rest of the introduction process, used at the same time as a catalytic converter for the generation of the IT Governance model.

One of the goals of this research is to make people aware of the work that the organizations are doing, the high direction, and the interest groups; so when they have a model that let the enterprises negotiate the IT, they can achieve their strategic objectives.
