Diseño de un sistema de gestión de calidad para mejorar la ejecución de obras de descolmatación de ríos en la empresa Zigurat Constructora S. A. C., 2018

Abstract

El presente trabajo se ha realizado con el objetivo de determinar si el diseño de un sistema de gestión de calidad permite mejorar la ejecución de obras de descolmatación de ríos en la empresa Zigurat Constructora S.A.C., 2018

En el desarrollo de la metodología que permita determinar el diseño de gestión de calidad para la empresa, se inicia con un análisis de la situación actual, donde se puede evidenciar la falta de gestión, procesos y controles de calidad en cada una de las actividades que realiza la empresa. El tipo de diseño que se empleo fue el descriptivo correlacional, haciéndose uso de los instrumentos de observación y análisis documental, donde se aplicara la guía de observación y una propuesta de intervención.

En cuanto al beneficio económico se obtuvo que, el valor actual neto de la inversión es igual a S/. 6,537,222.47, la tasa interna de rentabilidad es igual a 1589% por los flujos positivos y finalmente el índice de rentabilidad es mayor a la unidad, por lo tanto, se demuestra que el proyecto del Sistema de Gestión de Calidad es aceptable, esto demuestra que, por cada sol invertido se obtendrá un retorno de S/. 36.57 Nuevos Soles.

Se considera que, mediante la implementación de un sistema de gestión de calidad en la empresa, aumentara la eficacia y eficiencia de las actividades. Resolviéndose de esa manera los problemas que aquejan a la empresa. Asimismo, si logra obtener la certificación respectiva del sistema de gestión de calidad aumentará su competitividad frente a otras empresas, acrecentando también su cartera de clientes.

It is considered that, by implementing a quality management system in the company, the effectiveness and efficiency of the activities will increase. Resolving in that way the problems that afflict the company. Also, if it manages to obtain the respective certification of the quality management system, it will increase its competitiveness against other companies, also increasing its client portfolio.
