Seguridad y salud ocupacional y rendimiento laboral en la empresa Concretos y Obras de Arte S. A. C., 2020

Abstract

La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo determinar la influencia de la seguridad y salud ocupacional en el rendimiento laboral en la empresa CONCRETOS Y OBRAS DE ARTE (CONCREART) S.A.C. 2020., ubicado en Caserío Arbolsol, distrito de Mórrope, provincia y departamento de Lambayeque. Se implementó una metodología con enfoque cuantitativo, tipo aplicada, nivel explicativo, y diseño no experimental; la población estuvo compuesta por 32 trabajadores. La técnica fue la encuesta y el instrumento fue el cuestionario de escala de Likert. El primer cuestionario para la variable seguridad y salud ocupacional consta de 31 ítems y el segundo para la variable rendimiento laboral consta de 16 ítems, ambos con escala tipo Likert. De los resultados obtenidos del primer cuestionario el 81,25% se consideró en un nivel alto; el 15,63% en un nivel medio y el 3,13% en un nivel bajo y del segundo el 56,25% consideraron que se encuentran en un nivel alto; el 28,13% en un nivel medio y el 15,63% en un nivel bajo. Se concluyó que la Seguridad y Salud Ocupacional si influye en el rendimiento laboral en la empresa CONCREART S.A.C., 2020. El cual se determinó porque la significancia del Chi-cuadrado tuvo un valor de p = 0.043.

The objective of this research was to determine the influence of occupational health and safety on work performance in the company CONCRETOS Y OBRAS DE ARTE (CONCREART) S.A.C. 2020, located in Caserío Arbolsol, district of Mórrope, province and department of Lambayeque. A methodology with a quantitative approach, applied type, explanatory level, and non-experimental design was implemented; the population consisted of 32 workers. The technique was the survey and the instrument was the Likert scale questionnaire. The first questionnaire for the occupational health and safety variable consisted of 31 items and the second for the work performance variable consisted of 16 items, both with a Likert-type scale. Of the results obtained from the first questionnaire, 81.25% considered themselves to be at a high level; 15.63% at a medium level and 3.13% at a low level, and from the second, 56.25% considered themselves to be at a high level; 28.13% at a medium level and 15.63% at a low level. It was concluded that Occupational Health and Safety does influence work performance in the company CONCREART S.A.C., 2020. This was determined because the Chi-square significance had a value of p = 0.043.
