Comparación del rendimiento en campo y las especificaciones del fabricante de la maquinaria pesada en una mina de Cajamarca, 2019

Abstract

La presente investigación tiene por objetivo obtener rendimientos reales de movimiento de tierras, usando maquinaria pesada, para las actividades de: carguío con excavadora, acarreo con volquetes de 15 m3 y empuje con tractor sobre orugas. La toma de datos se realizó en el mes de noviembre del 2018 por observación directa a la maquinaria pesada. Para controlar las horas trabajadas se usaron los resúmenes diarios de control de maquinaria pesada. Los rendimientos reales obtenidos han sido comparados con los rendimientos dados por el fabricante, identificando factores adversos propios de un proyecto minero como son: mal clima, falla mecánica, etc.

The objective of the present investigation is to obtain real yields of earth moving, using heavy machinery, for the activities of: loading with excavator, hauling with 15 m3 dump trucks and pushing with tractor on tracks. The data collection was made in November 2018 by direct observation of heavy machinery. Daily control summaries of heavy machinery were used to control the hours worked. The real yields obtained have been compared with the yields given by the manufacturer, identifying adverse factors of a mining project such as: bad weather, mechanical failure, etc.
