The present research aims to determine the influence of the percentage of PET on the compressive strength and durability of stabilized adobes made with the addition of cement. Manufacturing 150 units in an addition percentage of 0%, 0.5%, 1%, 1.5% and 2% of PET fiber, research is of vital importance to develop units with optimal properties and application of new construction alternatives. Through the characterization of the soil, the properties of the analyzed CM-CH soil and sand samples were determined. In the granulometric analysis of the M1 / M2 / M3 samples, the moisture content tests obtained an average of 3.6%. It was possible to determine the plasticity 18.3, 15.70% for liquid and plastic limits, with a plasticity index of 2.6%. As well as the specific weight, the loose and compacted unit weight, verifying minimum regulatory requirements. The compressive strength was evaluated and determined in different periods, the maximum value at the 7-day period, a compressive strength of 15.12 𝐾𝑔/𝑐𝑚2, in 1% PET. For 14 days a resistance of 15.86 𝐾𝑔/𝑐𝑚2 was obtained and for 28 days a compressive strength of 20.80 𝐾𝑔/𝑐𝑚2was obtained. For durability at 2.7 and 14 days, at 1% and 1.5% of incorporation of PET, positively influencing the increase in adobe properties, in the face of agents such as water. and environmental conditions being very useful for future constructions within the parameters of regulations E 0.80_2006 and E 0.80¬_2017. Validation of values obtained in the statistical analysis for the research, as well as the economic and social analysis, was carried out. They were shown to be feasible, sustainable and economically viable units.
