The current research “THE IMPACT OF INTERNAL COMMUNICATIVE TOOLS USE ON THE WORKER PERFORMANCE LEVEL OF A PRIVATE UNIVERSITY IN CAJAMARCA, 2018” One of the trends of internal communication tools is their influence on work performance drawn from managers and collaborators interaction; For some organizations, internal communication management is a strategic ally so as to enhance the organization work performance; on account of this; the research objective is to determine the impact of internal communicative tools use on the worker performance level of a private university in Cajamarca; the quantitative method as well as a non-experimental correlational design were employed in order to obtain the targeted information at a specific time, the scope of the research is descriptive seeking to specify the different internal communication tools. The conclusions of the study show that 77% of survey respondents make a great use of “Buzón Comunícate”, as for the “Comunícate Murals” 60% of respondents use it to a great extent, regarding “Conexión”; there is 72% acceptance of such communicative connection related tool. In respect to employee engagement, it was also possible to determine an existing 77% of a high level of commitment. Likewise, 91.3% of the surveyed staff show a high level of behavioral commitment.
