ABSTRACT The management of clinical laboratories Proyecta DX aware of vitiating deviations regarding quality assurance of the results being issued and the results of vital importance for medical decisions, decided to focus on solving this problem. To improve these desviations saw fit to make an assessment of performance measurement systems starting with the method of glucose (being the higher demand analysis ) ; this evaluation would obtain relevant information to design an appropriate program of internal quality control and finally achieve ensure the analytical quality of the results issued . This research required the use of different guidelines and protocols , such as : User verification of performance for precission and trueness of CLSI (Clinical Laboratory Standard Institute) and guidance for the validation and verification of procedures for quantitative examination used by the laboratory clinical EMA (Mexican accreditation entity) . For data analysis of serum from normal and pathological control graphical and statistical tools applied. The results of this evaluation found that the performance measurement system for glucose test successfully met the criteria specified by the manufacturer with respect to precision , accuracy, linearity and the total error also provided information needed to design a program of quality control internal which was used to evaluate the data for the months of November and December 2015 in the laboratory of Proyecta DX See Cajamarca, demonstrating that these were reliable and ensuring the analytical quality of them since it could detect the influence of errors systematic and random processes analysis. As this assessment of measurement systems a focal point of quality assurance results is necessary and imperative to continue their evaluation for other test methods in clinical laboratories Proyecta in each of their headquarters.
