This research aimed to design a model of Integrated Management System ISO 9001: 2015, ISO 14001: 2015 and OHSAS 18001: 2007 applied to the company MAJES TRADICION S.A.C, improve customer satisfaction. The results allow us to conclude that: 1) 19 cases were found roots of overruns in the production process of the company MAJES TRADICION S.A.C, 7 associated with quality area, 6 associated with occupational safety and health and 6 related to non-observation environmental legislation, 2) cost overruns that are generating these root causes area of S /. 69,627.00 in the area of Quality, S/. 220,059.00 in the area of SSO and S / 124.026 in the area of Environmental. Giving a total extra cost of S / 413,712.00 soles monthly, 3) The implementation of the Integrated Management System was based on the incurred cost overruns, obeyed first approach to eliminating these, secondly, in compliance with relevant legislation, whose failure brings costly legal penalties, and third have certification international, which significantly improve its competitiveness. 4) To achieve the implementation of this proposal will be required an investment ascending S / 146.531,00 Soles, in which a amount of S/. 40,780.00 in the area of Quality, S/.39,131.00 in the area of SSO and in a which of S/. 66,620.00 in the Environment Area 5) The investment produced a profit of S /. 267,180.07 through the elimination of costs on quality aspects, breach of safety, occupational health and the environment. 6) an economic evaluation of the proposal was made, finding a NPV = S/. 1,890,207.00, the IRR = 133%, and a ratio B / C = 3,2. In the most notorious case are the environmental aspects, which are extremely onerous fines and that its implementation is actually inexpensive. 7) The Economic profitability was found, having a value of 13% at the end of the final period, showing that the profitability increases by 5% after implementing the improvement proposal. 8) Finally, in response to the research it has been shown that the implementation of an integrated management system based on ISO 9001: 2015, ISO 14001: 2015, OHSAS 18001: 2007 has improved customer satisfaction.
