Principios funcionales y ahorro energético aplicados al diseño de un Albergue Temporal para menores, en la Provincia de Trujillo

Abstract

En el presente documento se describe tanto el diseño de un albergue temporal como explicar y analizar la realidad problemática de la provincia de Trujillo dándole un toque de interés social. Según los análisis se puede observar la relación de una buena infraestructura y cómo influye en el desarrollo de un menor de edad. En la provincia de Trujillo, el nivel de abandono infantil crece cada año y su nivel educativo es bajo, estos menores se encuentran limitados profesionalmente y psicológicamente, estos datos fueron obtenidos mediante a entrevistas, visitas algunos albergues y por medio de estadísticas del INABIF, la cual fue un fuente importante para determinar la envergadura del proyecto. A partir de todos los datos recopilados se analizaron y se sugiere un albergue temporal para menores de 12 a 17 años, en el cuál con apoyo del estado pueden tener techo, comida y educación hasta nivel técnico, ya que actualmente los albergues solo brindan hospedaje y alimentación hasta los 17 años, y luego el menor de edad tiene que pasar a retirarse del albergue sin preparación alguna para el exterior. En cuanto al diseño de la infraestructura se toma en cuenta un buen uso de principios funcionales para una buena distribución, usando los ejes lineales para generar espacios libres, lo cual influye en una buena ventilación e iluminación de los espacios para poder ahorrar energía. Por otro lado se propone el uso de paneles solares para la zona de los talleres por medio tiempo y el otro medio tiempo se usará la energía convencional.

This document describes both the design of a temporary shelter and explain and analyze the problematic reality of the province of Trujillo giving it a touch of social interest. According to the analysis can be observed the relationship of a good infrastructure and how it influences the development of a minor. In the province of Trujillo, the level of child neglect increases each year and its educational level is low, these minors are limited professionally and psychologically, these data were obtained through interviews, visits to some shelters and through INABIF statistics, which was an important source for determining the size of the project. Based on all the data collected, a temporary shelter for children between 12 and 17 years old was suggested, in which, with state support, they can have roof, food and education up to technical level, since shelters currently only provide lodging and feeding until the age of 17, and then the minor has to retire to leave the hostel without any preparation for the outside. As regards the design of the infrastructure, a good use of functional principles for good distribution is taken into account, using the linear axes to generate free spaces, which influences good ventilation and lighting of the spaces in order to save energy. On the other hand it is proposed to use solar panels for the workshop area for half time and the other half time will use conventional energy.
