The purpose of this research is to comparatively analyze the construction of a UBS home module with rainwater harvesting through the wood system and the Steel Framing system in the town February 13, Loreto 2021, the research methodology is applied, the The design is Non-Experimental - transversal and the approach is quantitative, not probabilistic, which seeks to describe the advantages provided by the use of a new construction system for the rainwater catchment infrastructure. From the development of the present investigation the following results were obtained; In the analysis of the seismic behavior of the two construction systems, the distortions of the analysis in the wood system were obtained which were 0.001627, 0.001625 and 0.0144, the distortions of the analysis in the Steel Framing system which were 0.00064, 0.00073 and 0.00082. Productivity was also analyzed by means of the balance sheet of the two construction systems, obtaining as a result that the Steel Framing system had a favorable variation in the TP of 1%, in the TC of 1% and in the TNC of 2% compared to the System of wood. Finally, the cost variation between the Steel Framing system and the wood system was analyzed, obtaining a cost difference between the two systems of S /. 165.42 in favor of the Steel Framing system. After the development of this research, it was concluded that the Steel Framing construction system has a better seismic behavior based on the distortions obtained, it is a more productive system according to the balance chart and has a lower cost than the wood system for Hence the Steel Framing system is feasible and profitable for the construction of a UBS home module with rainwater harvesting in the town February 13, Loreto 2021.
