First, a diagnosis was made of the current situation of the health establishment for each study area. Selecting the Logistics area, which it was diagnosed that they were the most problematic in the company, causing high costs in the medical center. After completing the first stage of problem identification, the company's diagnosis was drafted, which took into account the opinion of the workers in each study area, and at the same time evidences demonstrating the aforementioned. Likewise, calculations were made to determine the economic impact generated by these problems in the company, represented by monetary losses.
