ABSTRACT Objective: To demonstrate the level of satisfaction of the mothers with the quality of care provided by the nurse in the office of growth and development in a health center in Lima north 2019. Material and method: Quantitative approach, descriptive type and period of cross-sectional research, the population is made up of 180 mothers who attend the health center, with their children under one-year-old, to the office of the Control of Growth and Development of the Sano child, 2019. considered conducting sampling for the convenience of the researcher. To measure the level of satisfaction level of the mothers with the quality of attention provided by the nurse, the Likert scale was used. Results: 100% (180) mothers, 93.48% (172) are satisfied, 6.52% (12) are fairly satisfied and there is no evidence of dissatisfied mothers. In the technical - scientific dimension 95.7% (176) is satisfied, 4.3% (8) is fairly satisfied and there is no evidence of dissatisfied mothers. In the human dimension 93.5% (172) are satisfied, 6.5% (12) are moderately satisfied and there is no evidence of dissatisfied mothers. In the environment dimension, 26.6% (49) are satisfied, 47.3% (87) are moderately satisfied and 26.1% (48) are dissatisfied. Conclusions: The level of satisfaction of the mothers with the quality of nursing staff care in children under one year in the CRED clinic of a health center in northern Lima, it was concluded that most mothers are satisfied.
