Companies in Peru have been characterized by their traditional financing methods; this is because we remain a developing country. In order to continue with economic growth, the Peruvian economy needs to be energized by making companies aware of new financing options, encouraging and motivating investors to move their capital through other mechanisms. It is for this reason that this research shows how Securitization of Future Flows helps in the growth of this institution. The annual reports of the years 2018 and 2019 of the mentioned educational institution have been used to be able to make a comparison between both periods and see the growth it has obtained; In the same way, the institution's audited financial statements have been reviewed to calculate the main financial indicators Finally, it could be determined that the best source of financing for this educational institution is the Securitization of Future Flows, because it is possible to opt for long-term financing and request higher amounts that a financial entity cannot grant. In addition, securitization positively impacted the growth of the educational institution, since 38 new schools could be expanded and built, its financial indicators improved by 2% more, and leverage by 32%, 234 new administrative workers were hired (including teachers) and had 5,730 more students than in 2018, which is equivalent to 16% growth.
