ABSTRACT This thesis makes the analysis and evaluation for the feasibility of implementing a project to make shoes for women, using an automated industrial factory, which allows that the use of technology can give us a quality product with profit and satisfy customer’s expectations. For this, we have made the study of the environment that the business will face as well as the study of the market that it will be directed, which are principally the footwear trading companies, that most of them are located in Lima city , from there those companies sell the products all over the country. It details the organization that the business will have, the staff should count, and the physical structure in which must be distributed. As for the economic and financial evaluation, we used major financial indicators such as internal rate of return, net present value, the opportunity cost, among others, that have allowed us numerically evaluate the profitability of the project. Through this analysis, we conclude that implementing an automated factory of footwear for women in Trujillo city, turns out to be a profitable project, since the economic and financial indicators yield the following: the VANE and VANF are S /. 3, 121,706.00 soles and S /. 3, 121,706.00 soles respectively. Regarding the TIRE is 37.85% and TIRF is 41.81%, with WACC of 9.32%.
