Abstract: La presente investigación titulada “Clima organizacional y su relación con la rotación
de personal en una tienda por departamento Plaza Norte, 2017” tiene como finalidad
determinar cómo el clima organizacional se relaciona con la rotación del personal.
Además, la investigación presenta un enfoque cuantitativo y estudio básico. El
diseño es no experimental y nivel descriptivo – correlacional.
Por otra parte, se analizó una muestra de 169 colaboradores de la organización bajo
la técnica de la encuesta y el instrumento Likert; este último conformado por 27
preguntas. Por medio de un análisis estadístico se obtuvo el Alfa de Cronbach de
0.87 de confiabilidad. Asimismo, se obtuvo a través de la prueba Rho de Spearman
una sig = 0.000 < 0.05 con lo que se demostró una relación inversamente
proporcional entre el clima organizacional y la rotación de personal en una tienda por
departamento; con un grado de correlación del 0,850.
Por medio de la presente investigación, la empresa buscará alternativas de solución
para mejorar el ambiente de trabajo y con ello reducir el índice de rotación.
The present investigation entitled “Organizational climate and its relation with the rotation of personnel in a department store Plaza Norte, 2017“ has as purpose to determine how the organizational climate is related to the rotation of the personnel. In addition, the research presents a quantitative approach and basic study. The design is non-experimental and descriptive level - correlational. On the other hand, a sample of 169 collaborators of the organization was analyzed under the technique of the survey and the Likert instrument; the latter consists of 27 questions. By means of a statistical analysis the Cronbach's Alpha of 0.87 of reliability was obtained. Likewise, a sig = 0.000 <0.05 was obtained through Spearman's Rho test, which showed an inversely proportional relationship between the organizational climate and the staff turnover in the department store; with a correlation degree of 0.850. Through this research, the company will seek alternative solutions to improve the work environment and thereby reduce the turnover rate.
