Malas prácticas en el sistema de obtención de licencias de conducir y su impacto en Global Car Perú S.A.C

Abstract

El presente estudio tiene como objetivo general determinar las malas prácticas del Sistema de Emisión de Licencias de Conducir, y su impacto en la empresa Global Car Perú S.A.C. El tipo de investigación es descriptivo, diseño cualitativo, no experimental. La investigación cuenta con una variable dependiente: impacto en Global Car Perú, S.A.C. 2016-2018 siendo sus indicadores: empresa, mercado y clientes. Por otro lado, la variable independiente: Malas prácticas en el proceso de obtención de licencias de conducir y sus indicadores: Ministerio de Transportes y Comunicaciones, Centro Médico, Escuelas de Conductores, Centros de Evaluación y tramitadores. Entre los resultados hallados tenemos que las malas prácticas influyen en el proceso de obtención de licencias de conducir y en la empresa Global Car Perú S.A.C. en los años 2016-2018, que actualmente la participación de mercado de los tramitadores para el año 2017 fue de un 47% mientras que el ingreso de escuelas es 53%. Debido a la creación del SELIC, dando mayor facilidad para que en el Ministerio de Transportes y Comunicaciones existan malas prácticas al tramitar una licencia de conducir. También existen exámenes médicos “delivery”, postulantes golondrinos, hacen su de silicona para sacar la huella digital, esto promueve la búsqueda de tramitadores.

The general objective of this study is to determine the bad practices of the Driver Licensing System and its impact on the company Global Car Peru S.A.C. The type of research is descriptive, qualitative design, not experimental. The research has a dependent variable: impact on Global Car Peru, S.A.C. 2016-2018 being its indicators: company, market and customers. On the other hand, the independent variable: Bad practices in the process of obtaining driver's licenses and their indicators: Ministry of Transport and Communications, Medical Center, Drivers' Schools, Evaluation Centers and processors. Among the results found we have that bad practices influence the process of obtaining driver's licenses and in the company Global Car Peru S.A.C. in the years 2016-2018, that currently the market share of the processors for the year 2017 was 47% while the entrance of schools is 53%. Due to the creation of SELIC, making it easier for the Ministry of Transportation and Communications to have bad practices when processing a driver's license. There are also medical exams delivery, postulants swallows, make their silicone to get the fingerprint, this promotes the search for processors.
