The general objective of this study is to determine the bad practices of the Driver Licensing System and its impact on the company Global Car Peru S.A.C. The type of research is descriptive, qualitative design, not experimental. The research has a dependent variable: impact on Global Car Peru, S.A.C. 2016-2018 being its indicators: company, market and customers. On the other hand, the independent variable: Bad practices in the process of obtaining driver's licenses and their indicators: Ministry of Transport and Communications, Medical Center, Drivers' Schools, Evaluation Centers and processors. Among the results found we have that bad practices influence the process of obtaining driver's licenses and in the company Global Car Peru S.A.C. in the years 2016-2018, that currently the market share of the processors for the year 2017 was 47% while the entrance of schools is 53%. Due to the creation of SELIC, making it easier for the Ministry of Transportation and Communications to have bad practices when processing a driver's license. There are also medical exams delivery, postulants swallows, make their silicone to get the fingerprint, this promotes the search for processors.
