El control de inventario y su incidencia en la rentabilidad de la empresa SBD Perú S.A. en el año 2017

Abstract

RESUMEN El presente trabajo de investigación trata de cómo incide el control de inventario en la rentabilidad de la empresa SBD PERU S.A., de cómo opera en su almacén, ya que actualmente esta empresa cuenta con distintos problemas respecto a sus inventarios, y es por ello la presente investigación. La empresa SBD PERU S.A., cuenta con distintas empresas como competencia, estas mismas también dedicadas al mismo rubro, compitiendo así en ofrecer productos innovadores, mejor a cada competencia y así obtener más ingresos por sus ventas. Y esto no es lo único, es el principio de todo un proceso, también se define como es que se manejan los procesos en el almacén, si se tiene personal altamente capacitado, y si se cumplen todos los pasos para el proceso de ingreso y salidas de mercaderías. También se analiza la incidencia de cómo y de qué manera esto afecta en la rentabilidad de esta empresa de herramientas industriales, las causas y consecuencias de cómo esto afecta o no.

ABSTRACT The present research work deals with how inventory control affects the profitability of the company SBD PERU S.A., how it operates in its warehouse, since this company currently has different problems regarding its inventories, and it is for the present investigation. The company SBD PERU S.A., has different companies as competitors, these same also dedicated to the same item, competing well in offering innovative products, better to each competition and thus get more income for their sales. And this is not the only thing, it is the beginning of a whole process, it is also defined as it is that processes are handled in the warehouse, if you have highly trained personnel, and if all the steps for the entry and exit process are met. of merchandise.
