El arrendamiento financiero y su influencia en la rentabilidad de la empresa Turismo Garcilazo E. I. R. L., Huaral, 2019

Abstract

La presente investigación tiene como objetivo determinar en qué medida el arrendamiento financiero influye en la rentabilidad de la empresa “Turismo Garcilazo E.I.R.L, quien desarrolla sus actividades en la ciudad de Huaral. La investigación es correlacional, Cuantitativa y Cualitativa. Se utilizó como técnica la entrevista, y como instrumentos el cuestionario y el análisis documental, la cual por un lado se aplicó a expertos de la empresa y a un consultor externo, y por otro lado se analizó documentación relevante para determinar la influencia que ejerce este tipo de financiamiento; la formulación del problema fue ¿En qué medida el arrendamiento financiero influye en la rentabilidad de la Empresa Turismo Garcilazo E.I.R.L.?, por lo tanto se hace necesario conocer en que magnitud el arrendamiento financiero influye en los índices de retorno tanto sobre los activos y el patrimonio, también cual es la incidencia en la rentabilidad sobre las ventas de la Empresa Turismo Garcilazo E.I.R.L. En ese sentido, y a través de la opinión de los especialistas indicados se determinó que el arrendamiento financiero se relaciona significativa y positivamente con la Rentabilidad, además, con el índice de retorno sobre activos, índice de retorno sobre el patrimonio y con la rentabilidad sobre las ventas de la empresa.
