The objective of this research was to describe the perception of virtual obstetric psychoprophylaxis in a sample of pregnant women from Breña-Lima, 2023. It was a study with a basic quantitative approach with a simple descriptive transactional non-experimental design. We worked with a non-probabilistic sample of 110 pregnant women who completed and completed the virtual obstetric psychoprophylaxis program who answered an online survey, for which an ad hoc instrument was designed, which was validated by judges' criteria and its reliability determined with a pilot. The results show 40.9% presented a regular perception of virtual obstetric psychoprophylaxis, 53.5% a regular perception in the benefits dimension and 41.8% a bad perception of the limitation dimension. Regarding the benefits of virtual obstetric psychoprophylaxis, most of the participants presented a regular perception in continuity and greater participation (47.3%), reduction of temporal-spatial limitation (44.5%), family closeness (42.7%), new model professional-user relationship (39.1%) and meeting objectives (43.6%). Regarding the limitations, most of them presented a bad perception in connectivity (47.3%), low mastery of methodology (46.4%), resources and materials (40.9%) and confidentiality (47.3%). Meanwhile, regular perception was presented in low domain of tics (52.7%) and impersonal treatment (40.9%). It is concluded that the participants have a regular perception of virtual obstetric psychoprophylaxis.
