Funcionalidad familiar según el tipo de familia de los usuarios que acuden al Preventorio de Salud La Ensenada, Lima - 2019

Abstract

La presente investigación tiene como Objetivo: Determinar la funcionalidad familiar según el tipo de familia de los usuarios que acuden al Preventorio de Salud la Ensenada, Lima – 2019. Materiales y métodos: Es de enfoque cuantitativo descriptivo, de corte transversal, con una población de 100 usuarios. Se hizo el uso del cuestionario FACES IV. Resultados: Revelan que en la funcionalidad familiar, el 81% representa una funcionalidad regular y pertenece al tipo de familia nuclear en un 50% , en relación a la dimensión cohesión el 63% obtiene un nivel conectado y un 40% pertenece al tipo de familia nuclear, en cuanto a dimensión Flexibilidad el 59% obtiene un nivel flexible y un 39% pertenece al tipo de familia nuclear, con respecto a la funcionalidad familiar en la escala Comunicación, el 49% obtiene un nivel de comunicación alta y un 31% corresponde al tipo de familia nuclear, referente a la escala de Satisfacción, el 35% obtienen un nivel moderado y el 24% está representado por el tipo de familia nuclear. Conclusiones: La mayor cantidad de usuarios que van al preventorio de salud, pertenecen a familias nucleares y su funcionalidad familiar es regular. Además, cuentan con un grado de comunicación nivel alto y su satisfacción predomina ser moderada. En cuanto sus dimensiones de cohesión existen una mayor frecuencia en el nivel conectado y con respecto la flexibilidad registran ser familias flexibles.

The present investigation has as objective: To determine the family functionality according to the type of family of the users who go to the Preventorio de Salud la Ensenada, Lima - 2019. Materials and methods: It has a quantitative descriptive approach, with a crosssectional cut, with a population of 100 users. The FACES IV questionnaire was used. Results: They reveal that in the family functionality, 81% represent a regular functionality and belong to the type of nuclear family in 50%, in relation to the cohesion dimension 63% obtain a connected level and 40% belong to the type of nuclear family, as for the flexibility dimension 59% obtain a flexible level and 39% belong to the type of nuclear family, With respect to family functionality in the Communication scale, 49% obtain a high level of communication and 31% correspond to the type of nuclear family, referring to the Satisfaction scale, 35% obtain a moderate level and 24% are represented by the type of nuclear family. Conclusions: The largest number of users who go to the health prevention center belong to nuclear families and their family functionality is regular. In addition, they have a high level of communication and their satisfaction is predominantly moderate. As for their cohesion dimensions, there is a greater frequency at the connected level and with respect to flexibility they register being flexible families.
