This project aims to determine the economic and financial viability of the “Private Club Educational Institute of Knowledge“, for which it has conducted market research, technical, legal, organizational and cost. It is now increasingly noticeable competition and the level of quality required in the field of education; a continuous change of educational methodologies and curricula, in order to train students with the necessary foundation to face the competition that lies ahead in the academic and professional field is observed. Because of that the idea to form an educational institution that allows to provide comprehensive and quality education, focusing on the development of emotional intelligence, the need to compete on an equal level of education anywhere in the country level. The initial total investment is S/. 301,619.45 of which S/. 272,600.75 correspond to tangible investment and S/. 6,450.20 to intangible investment; being the contribution of the members of S/. 211,133.62 and the remaining 30% funded by Scotiabank. Counting on working capital of S/. 22,568.50. The recovery period is about 2.29 years, the project evaluation has a weighted average cost of capital of 14.09%, resulting in the following financial ratios: VANE= S/. 415,941.40 VANF= S/. 437,760.41 TIRE= 40.05% TIRF= 46.99% Specifically the project is economically and financially viable.
