Afrontamiento y ansiedad en estudiantes de secundaria de una institución educativa privada, Comas-2018

Abstract

La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo principal determinar de qué manera se relaciona el afrontamiento con la ansiedad en estudiantes del nivel secundaria de una Institución Educativa Privada, Comas-2018. En cuanto a la metodología del estudio fue de diseño no experimental, de tipo básica, de alcance correlacional y transversal. Se realizó el estudio en una muestra de 240 estudiantes del nivel secundaria de los grados 3°, 4° y 5° del nivel secundaria seleccionados de manera probabilística. Se usaron como instrumentos de recolección de datos a una Escala de Afrontamiento y a una Escala de Ansiedad, con los cuales se recogieron los datos necesarios para realizar las mediciones estadísticas. Los resultados señalaron que existe una relación inversa entre el afrontamiento y la ansiedad estado en los estudiantes del nivel secundaria de una Institución Educativa Privada, Comas-2018. Con un valor de correlación de Spearman de -0323 y una significancia <0,005 y una relación inversa entre el afrontamiento y la ansiedad rasgo en los estudiantes del nivel secundaria de una Institución Educativa Privada, Comas-2018. Con un valor de correlación de Spearman de -134 y una significancia <0,005.

The main objective of this research was to determine how coping is related to anxiety in high school students of a Private Educational Institution, Comas-2018. Regarding the methodology of the study, it was a non-experimental design, of a basic type, with a correlational and transversal scope. The study was carried out on a sample of 240 students of the secondary level of grades 3, 4 and 5 of the secondary level selected in a probabilistic manner. They were used as data collection instruments for a Coping Scale and an Anxiety Scale, with which the necessary data for statistical measurements were collected. The results indicated that there is an inverse relationship between coping and state anxiety in secondary school students of a Private Educational Institution, Comas-2018. With a correlation value of -0323 and a significance <0.005 and an inverse relationship between coping and trait anxiety in secondary school students of a Private Educational Institution, Comas-2018. With a correlation value of -134 and a significance <0.005.
