Evaluación de la organización en las empresas constructoras en el distrito de Cajamarca, 2016

Abstract

La presente investigación nos permite evaluar y conocer la realidad actual de las empresas constructoras del distrito de Cajamarca, su organización, actividad constructiva y su eficiencia. La realización del siguiente trabajo de investigación es descriptivo y comparativo. Nos permite hacer un análisis comparativo de características entre 48 empresas del sector construcción, las que fueron entrevistadas y encuestadas acordadas mediante vía telefónica y entrevista personal, las encuestas fueron elaboradas con un total de 46 preguntas elaboradas por los autores y revisadas por el asesor del siguiente estudio de investigación enfocados sobre temas de (Gestión de proyectos, Normativas, reglamentos y leyes del estado Peruano), obteniendo resultados cuánticos reflejados mediante índices porcentuales y cualitativos que describen el estado de cada una de las empresas, siendo el propósito de los autores brindar un alcance sobre la actualidad de las empresas constructoras del distrito de Cajamarca, haciendo propuestas de mejoras en puntos deficientes que tengan en común y que sirvan de mejora para las actividades y funciones.

The present investigation allows us to evaluate and know the current reality of the construction companies of the district of Cajamarca, its organization, constructive activity and its efficiency. The realization of the following research work is descriptive and comparative. It allows us to make a comparative analysis of characteristics among 48 companies in the construction sector, which were interviewed and surveyed agreed by telephone and personal interview, the surveys were prepared with a total of 46 questions prepared by the authors and reviewed by the advisor of the following research study focused on issues of (Project Management, Regulations, regulations and laws of the Peruvian state), obtaining quantum results reflected by percentage and qualitative indicators that describe the state of each of the companies, the purpose of the authors being to provide a scope on the actuality of the construction companies of the district of Cajamarca, making proposals for improvements in deficient points that they have in common and that serve as an improvement for the activities and functions.
