Sistema de gestión en la seguridad y salud ocupacional para prevenir los accidentes laborales en el sector de transporte: una revisión sistemática entre los años 2011- 2019

Abstract

La presente revisión sistemática tiene por objetivo determinar el Sistema de Gestión en la Seguridad y Salud Ocupacional para prevenir los accidentes laborales en el sector de transporte a partir del análisis de artículos de investigación, donde se planteó la siguiente pregunta ¿Cuál es el sistema de gestión en la seguridad y salud ocupacional para prevenir los accidentes laborales en el sector de transportes entre los años 2011 – 2019? La búsqueda se realizó mediante el uso de fuentes confiables como repositorios y buscadores académicos como Scielo, Dialnet, Redalyc, Google Académico. A si mismo se recolecto información de los 10 últimos años, los cuales 20 artículos científicos fueron seleccionados. Se llevó a cabo la realización de la discusión donde comparamos los diferentes estudios, por lo tanto, se concluye que el sistema de gestión de seguridad y salud ocupacional para prevenir los accidentes laborales en las empresas de transporte se basa en la norma NTC-OHSAS 18001, en esta se establecen los requisitos para un sistema de administración de seguridad y salud ocupacional de los trabajadores, la cual les permite a las organizaciones controlar sus riesgos y mejorar su desempeño, esto es de gran ayuda para poder cumplir con la visión de las empresas.

The objective of this systematic review is to determine the Occupational Health and Safety Management System to prevent occupational accidents in the transport sector from the analysis of research articles, where the following question was asked: What is the management system? in occupational safety and health to prevent occupational accidents in the transport sector between the years 2011 - 2019? The search was performed through the use of reliable sources such as academic repositories and search engines such as Scielo, Dialnet, Redalyc, Google Scholar. He himself collected information from the last 10 years, which 20 scientific articles were selected. The discussion where we compared the different studies was carried out, therefore, it is concluded that the occupational health and safety management system to prevent occupational accidents in transport companies is based on the NTC-OHSAS 18001 standard. This establishes the requirements for an occupational health and safety management system for workers, which allows organizations to control their risks and improve their performance. This is of great help in order to fulfill the vision of companies.
