This Professional Sufficiency Work is developed in the supervision of the Rehabilitation and Improvement Work of the Pallasca – Mollebamba – Santiago de Chuco – EMP Highway. Route 10, Section: Pallasca – Mollepata, where I did my professional experience as part of the Structures and Works of Art specialty. Initially, the situation that the specialty was going through regarding the shortage of personnel was raised, which was not contributing effectively to the advancement of the structures, so the objective is to implement control processes during the review of plans and metrics to avoid delays that may be generated in the execution and valuation of the activities supervised by the specialty. For this purpose, four objectives were developed based on the specific indicators of the number of RFIs in reconsidered plans, metering of elements, non-valued cost and the validation of executed metering, using the supervision data for its calculation. In this way, the results obtained were that the number of RFIs was reduced by 73.52% between the years 2020 and 2021, the real value of the meters that had been amplified by calculation errors in a percentage greater than 5%, the cost not valued caused by a stoppage of the work front caused a delay of 48.97% for the evaluated structures and the optimization of the validation of executed measurements. Finally, it was concluded that the implementation of the control processes during the review of plans and metering avoided delays in the execution and valuation of the structures.
