This research work proposes the architectural design of a new Center for Productive Innovation and Technological Transfer of wine in Cascas, since the city does not have a specialized equipment in the vine, in which bioclimatic design strategies are used. The research is descriptive and is developed in five chapters: Chapter 1 includes the current situation at the international, national and local level of the CITE VID site, based on the need for its construction in the city of Cascas. Likewise, antecedents referring to the variable raised with its respective theoretical framework are studied and analyzed. In this way, a relationship is established between the equipment, the design criteria and the current national and international regulations for the new center. In chapter 2, the hypothesis is formulated, the variable and those terms typical of the wine and wine sector are defined, also according to the theoretical bases the indicators of the variable to be applied in the project are determined, which is developed in a table of operationalization. Within the dimensions are bioclimatic strategies in architectural design, natural lighting strategies and passive cooling strategies. Chapter 3 presents the type of research design and the cases relevant to the dimensions and indicators: a) Case 1: Technological Center and Renewable Innovation. b) Case 2: Pies Descalzos School. c) Case 3: Carozzi Production and Research Center. d) Case 4: Zuccardi Valle de Uco Winery. e) Case 5: Garzón Winery f) Case 6: Errázuriz Winery. Chapter 4 analyzes these cases and based on them, they conclude on design guidelines for the variable, which will be the starting point in the architectural design approach. Finally, in chapter 5, the application of the research of the variable in the hybrid infrastructure comprised by industry and education is developed.
