In recent years, financial services have been adapting to global technological changes, given their high transactional demand and the need to create confidence and security in the operations carried out by their clients. Among the digital revolution that has been increasing in recent years, new customer service channels have appeared such as internet banking and mobile banking, which not only present benefits for customers, but also for financial institutions themselves. In the case of mobile banking, this allows access to a range of financial services through a cell phone at any time and location, either by SMS and USSD text messages, NFC technology or by applications downloaded through a platform, making mobile banking much more practical and accessible than internet banking. Currently mobile financial services have been successfully implemented internationally and in a very beneficial way for the population since the appearance of these alternative banking channels. These can be of two types: transformational, such as the Oi Pago (Brazil), Tigo Cash (Paraguay) and Mobile money (Jamaica) models; and the additives, which is used in our country in financial institutions such as BCP, Interbank, Scotiabank and Banco de la Nación; There are many more success stories at international level and managing to increase banking levels. Although it is true, Peru is considered as one of the countries with a banking index considered low in comparison to other Latin American countries, we are looking for ways to apply strategies that increase banking, with mobile banking being a tool with a high Development potential in this area. Particularly in the case of the public financial entity investigated for this study, which is committed to providing quality services to citizens and the State; and that it seeks that its coverage of services reach all the places of Peru, since 2015 it manages its mobile banking service in order to promote banking among its clients and supply the high transactional demand that exists in its offices nationwide. In the case of Peru, there are no extensive studies that measure the impact or influence of mobile banking income on the financial services segment and how it helps the banking process. So studies of these characteristics are important to provide a theoretical support and encourage financial institutions to promote the proper development of the service they have in their hands. Therefore, the objective of this work is to focus on the analysis of the additive mobile financial service: Multired cellular and determine if there is an impact on the banking process among the clients of the aforementioned public financial entity, for this purpose it will be evaluated through the dimensions of each variable taking as a collection technique the survey of a sample of 384 clients of this banking entity for the north Lima area.
