Mejora del proceso de carguío y acarreo para movimiento de tierras en una empresa minera a tajo abierto de Cajamarca

Abstract

La investigación tiene como objetivo principal mostrar la mejora del proceso de carguío y acarreo para movimiento de tierras en una empresa minera a tajo abierto de Cajamarca, para esto se utilizó el análisis de varianza bajo la metodología ANOVA, evaluando la importancia de uno o más factores al comparar las medias de la variable de respuesta en los diferentes indicadores, para la recolección de la información se utilizó una ficha de observación donde se obtuvo los tiempos del proceso de carguío y acarreo en el período 2016, luego de analizar dicha información y aplicar la mejora de los tiempos en la actividad de carguío, acarreo y retorno del proceso en el período 2017, se pudo notar una mejora significativa en los tiempos del proceso de carguío y acarreo generando de esta manera la reducción de colas de espera de los volquetes y la optimización del proceso en general en un 100% esto responde a la hipótesis de estudio además de ser corroborada por la metodología antes mencionada. Este trabajo puede servir de base para futuras investigaciones, ya que se está aplicando y demostrando qué el modelo de mejora del proceso de carguío y acarreo impacta positivamente en la reducción de tiempos del proceso de carguío y acarreo de una empresa minera, por lo que si se desearía tomar de referencia esto podría abordar otras variables de estudio y profundizar en la investigación realizada.

The main objective of the research is to show the improvement of the loading and hauling process for earthmoving in an open-pit mining company in Cajamarca, for this the analysis of variance was used under the ANOVA methodology, evaluating the importance of one or more factors when comparing the means of the response variable in the different indicators, for the collection of the information an observation form was used, where the times of the loading and hauling process were obtained in the 2016 period, after analyzing that information and applying the improvement of the times in the activity of loading, haulage and return of the process in the period 2017, it was possible to notice a significant improvement in the times of the loading and hauling process, generating in this way the reduction of waiting queues of the trucks and the optimization of the process in general in a 100% this responds to the hypothesis of study besides being corroborated by the methodology to mentioned.

This work can serve as a basis for future research, since it is being applied and demonstrating that the improvement model of the loading and hauling process has a positive impact on the reduction of the loading and hauling process of a mining company, so if you would like to take reference this could address other variables of study and deepen the research conducted carried out.
