Commercial globalization and economic crises introduced changes in national and international labor legislation. Labor flexibility has since caused psychological and physical damage caused by arbitrary dismissals. The poor state protection, the breach of international treaties on the matter and the lack of projects to solve the problem of damage. It allows us to look for scientific studies on the consequences of losing employment, comparative labor law and business ethics that protect labor rights. The result is that the administration of justice complies with applying in its judgments international treaties and constitutional law in labor matters, valuing the damage as a result of arbitrary dismissal in due course. That promotes business ethics and intensifies the active search for work and the help of psychic resistance to the unemployed. The information was collected from the databases EBSCOhost, ProQuest, scientific journals Scielo and Redalyc, theoretical bases, interviews and Judgments of the Supreme Court of Justice choosing their literature from 2008 to 2019 in Spanish language, seeking CONSEQUENCES OF THE ARBITRARY LABOR DESPIRED, finding scientific information according to the subject investigated.
