The global growth of tourism and its positive impact on society like the economic and socio-cultural levels, has allowed different segments to be included like people with different abilities. People with hearing disabilities are having a greater participation in the touristic ambit due to the number of people that integrate. The present investigation was done with the purpose to determine the level of accessibility of the services of the 3 star hotels of the historic center of Trujillo, to people with hearing disabilities; because, in spite of the existence of a Law N° 29973 for the person with disability, most of the hotels don’t have the necessary measures to satisfy these clients according to their needs. For the development of research, was proposed the next problem: What is the level of accessibility of services in the 3 star hotels of the historic center of Trujillo for people with hearing disabilities, in 2018? The design used was non-experimental, cross – descriptive because the variable was observed and the data were collected in a single moment, in a single time. Therefore, a checklist was developed to evaluate the facilities of the hotels and a survey with the purpose of knowing if the reception staff has the adequate capacities to attend a person with hearing disability. Thanks to the development of the research, it was determined that the 3-star hotels in the historic center of Trujillo are at an acceptable level based on their physical accessibility, signaling and communication for people with hearing disabilities.
