Responsabilidad social organizacional y la atención al ciudadano en una municipalidad del Callao, Lima 2023

Abstract

Se realizó un estudio a una municipalidad del Callao en el año 2023, con la finalidad de ver cómo interactúa la responsabilidad social y la atención al ciudadano. Para ello se utilizó un enfoque metodológico cuantitativo-correlacional. Se consideró a todos los residentes en la zona del Callao y que habrían asistido a algún municipio de dicha región para realizar algún tipo de operación, sólo se optó por incluir a 384 personas, a quienes se les realizó 35 preguntas con escala ordinal, para poder adquirir información necesaria. Después de realizar los estudios pertinentes se logró comprobar el propósito principal que dio origen a esta investigación, seguido a ello también se consiguió afirmar las hipótesis propuestas, donde los valores p de la prueba son 0,004 y 0,001 respectivamente, lo que alude que existe una asociación positiva fuerte entre ambas variantes.

A study was carried out in a municipality of Callao in the year 2023, in order to see how social responsibility and citizen service interact. For this, a quantitative-correlational methodological approach was used. All residents in the Callao area and who would have attended a municipality in that region to carry out some type of operation were considered, it was only decided to include 384 people, who were asked 35 questions on an ordinal scale, in order to be able to acquire necessary information. After carrying out the pertinent studies, it was possible to verify the main purpose that gave rise to this investigation, followed by it, it was also possible to affirm the proposed hypotheses, where the p values of the test are 0.004 and 0.001 respectively, which alludes to the existence of an association strong positive between both variants
