The general objective of this research is to determine if there is a relationship between innovation and organizational culture in the Balistra hotel, Ica, 2019. The methodology was of a basic type, mixed approach, non-experimental design and descriptive-correlational level. In addition, the population was 17 employees, 1 general manager and 12 guests at the Balistra hotel, and a non-probability census sample; in this case, the sample was the entire population. It was concluded that, through the employees' responses, innovation is at a slightly higher level than the medium, according to 58.8% of the employees surveyed, and the organizational culture is at an almost high level, according to the 70.6% of workers surveyed. In addition, the innovation variable has a positive (Rho Spearman = .892) and significant (p value = 0.000 less than 0.05) relationship with the organizational culture variable. Also, through the responses of the guests, the Balistra hotel does not generate adequate teamwork since the complaints of the guests are not always taken into account, therefore, they are not well trained and there is not a good training on the part from the manager to the staff, in addition, the hotel does not always generate improvement processes in customer service in which all collaborators are involved; however, the staff does identify with the establishment, so the hotel does handle a system of values, norms and symbols.
