In this research work, the relationship between information and communication technologies with the development of university learning in the district of Los Olivos, Peru 2021 is disclosed. The implemented methodology has a quantitative approach since it is based on the collection and processing of data in a sequential and evidentiary manner. Of a descriptive correlational type where research antecedents were taken in the variables and it was sought to determine their relationship between them. With a non-experimental cross-sectional design whose purpose is to observe phenomena in a natural way at a single moment and time. The sample consisted of 100 students from universities located in the Los Olivos district, where the questionnaire was used as a tool and consequently the survey as a technique, with a total of 12 carefully structured questions on a Likert scale. The program chosen to process the statistical data of the present investigation was the IBM SPSS. The results determined that there is a positive correlation between the variables with a coefficient of 0.547 and a confidence level of 99%, with which the general hypothesis is accepted and it is concluded that, the information and communication technologies of few are positively related to learning in the university education sector.
