This thesis has the general objective: Describe the factors that intervene in the Organizational Climate in the production area of a publishing company in the city of Lima, Peru, in the year 2019. In the methodology, the research design is descriptive, transversal and not experimental. A non-probabilistic convenience sample made up of 42 collaborators was applied. The survey and the instrument validated by the judgment of three UPN specialists were used as the collection technique. The results found were: the dimension of involvement, in its indicator commitment to the organization, obtained a higher rating with a percentage of 94.05%; It is followed by the interpersonal relationships dimension, in its ethical behavior indicator, it reached a valuation of 92.98%; then the communication dimension, in its indicator: access to information with a 92.90% assessment and finally the remuneration scale dimension, in its remuneration indicator, with a 69.05% assessment.The conclusions determined that the dimensions with the highest incidence are: the dimension of involvement, followed by the dimension of interpersonal relationships, then the dimension of communication and, to a lesser extent, the dimension of remuneration scale. Therefore, the general question is answered in the present investigation.
