El sistema de información contable y su incidencia en la toma de decisiones de la empresa Solicom Service S. A. C., Lima 2022

Abstract

La presente investigación en analizar los aspectos cruciales respecto al sistema de información contable y la toma de decisiones de la empresa Solicom Service SAC, para ello, se planteó como objetivo principal: determinar la influencia del sistema de información contable en la toma de decisiones en dicha entidad. Metodológicamente, el estudio fue de naturaleza cuantitativa, tipo no experimental, a un nivel correlacional, tomando la encuesta como técnica de recolección de datos y el cuestionario como instrumento, el cual fue elaborado de acuerdo a los indicadores de cada dimensión de las variables de estudio. La población estuvo compuesta por 24 personas que conforman la totalidad de trabajadores de la entidad. Asimismo, la muestra fue 10 trabajadores, incluyendo sólo a aquellos que pertenecen a las áreas de contabilidad y administración de la empresa, a los cuales se les aplicó el instrumento elaborado, utilizando respuestas de acuerdo a la escala de Likert. Los resultados del análisis descriptivo e inferencial señalan que el Sistema de información contable incide significativamente en toma de decisiones de la compañía objeto de investigación. Por ende, se concluye que, la implementación de un correcto y eficiente SIC contribuirá a una mejor toma de decisiones empresariales.

The present investigation analyzes the crucial aspects regarding the accounting information system and the decision making of the company Solicom Service SAC, for this purpose, the main objective was: to determine the influence of the accounting information system on the decision making in said company. entity. Methodologically, the study was quantitative in nature, non-experimental, at a correlational level, taking the survey as a data collection technique and the questionnaire as an instrument, which was prepared according to the indicators of each dimension of the study variables. . The population was made up of 24 people who make up all of the entity's workers. Likewise, the sample was 10 workers, including only those who belong to the accounting and administration areas of the company, to whom the developed instrument was applied, using responses according to the Likert scale. The results of the descriptive and inferential analysis indicate that the Accounting Information System significantly affects the decision making of the company under investigation. Therefore, it is concluded that the implementation of a correct and efficient SIC will contribute to better business decision making.
